When exactly are you getting this error message?  As soon as you click on "managa apps", or when you click on one to install?  Or click on one to manage it?

Are you getting this error while connecting to the Atlassian marketplace ? In that case you can refer this KB article. OR are you facing this issue while uploading a new app ?

So you are trying to upload this add on ? Which browser are you using ? have you tried any alternate browser and see if you are getting the same error. Please also check atlassian-confluence.log for any errors while you are uploading the app.
