Manual Test Cases with Confluence

I am writing regarding Manual test cases creation on Confluence, Atlassian. As I have never used that before, could you please provide the steps/ some training material on how to start using Manual test cases with Confluence? Finally, how to integrate this with Jira?

If you are using Jira, you can also try to install some test management plugin , such as Zephyr,Xray,etc.
