Many pages blank after making copies of 100+ pages

I had a section of a site that was just under 200 pages.  I made a copy of the whole section for a new site.  

Now I'm discovering that some of the copied pages are blank.  I went back to the original site and those are all blank as well.  I KNOW confidently that there was content before I made the copy.  There is nothing in page history.  There is nothing in the site trash.

Is there anything I can do?

Is this logged as a bug somewhere?  

I've lost dozens of pages of IP.

@Heather Kahler In this specific case your best bet would be reaching out to Atlassian Support. They might be able to investigate and find the root cause of this issue.
