Is it possible to give a drop-down option to pick a meeting linking to my calendar in outlook and automatically include all information such as time when, date and attendees when creating a meeting note (similar to what we have in microsoft one note). Previous days meeting can also be selected?
Hello Karanpreet and welcome the the Community,
Having an easy way to quick create a meeting notes page base off your calendar in Outlook does sound ideal. As it stands though I am not finding anything that will allow you to create a meeting note page from Outlook. There is a feature request that we would suggest you vote and watch, which will allow you to create a page within confluence from an email. This will be a workaround to your idea of a simple drop down and click. And email to Confluence would allow you to invite Confluence to the meeting and then from your email it will create a meeting notes page. This is not something developed yet as the feature requests are still gathering interest.
For Confluence server the feature request is: CONFSERVER-1726
For Confluence cloud the feature request is: CONFCLOUD-1726
This is a great idea and thank you for sharing it with us.
Regards,
Stephen Sifers
