Method of reactive whiteboard

I use whiteboard in confluence.

I'm not premium user, so I can edit only 3 whiteboard concurrently.

But now I want to edit old inactive whiteboard. 

So I have question about the method to re-active inactive whiteboard.

Instead of reactivating an old whiteboard, it's okay to deactivate another active whiteboard

so that the total number of active whiteboards remains at three.
