Migrating from Self-Hosted to Cloud

Ryan Schefke April 16, 2019

Hello - We currently use Confluence to host our customer and internal documentation. Our customers do not have a login, and they directly access https://wiki.leadliaison.com/ to see all of the docs. We are only sharing two spaces with them.

We have two other logins:

  1. One for an Admin, to access a "Corporate" and "Developers" space. They can edit pages in this space and more.
  2. One to access the Corporate and Developers spaces in read-only format.

We have the following questions:

  1. If we were to migrate to the Cloud, would our site and process fit into the Cloud structure?
  2. Would our model fit under the $10 per month (< 10 user) limit for Cloud?
  3. What are the storage limitations, if any, and how could we check how much storage we are using now? Our docs have lots of screenshots.
  4. Are there any limitations with the cloud version on customizing look and feel?

Thank you!

Hello @Ryan Schefke

Yes, cloud should fit your process.

Your model should fit within the <10 user limit on cloud.

Storage capabilities between cloud and server.
