Hi,
After several successufl tests, we are migrating live JIRA and Confluence from Server to Cloud this week-end. Everything went well for JIRA, but Confluence does not want to migrate anymore !...
Review is fine, I used the same version of the migration assistant as during the previous tests. After I hit the Run button, all the elements (users and groups, spaces) stay at "ready" state indefinitely, without budging an inch. I tried to select only one small space to migrate, same symptom. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the migration assistant, I purged the cache, I tried to run it in browser private mode... I am really out of options here !
Did someone encountered the same problem ? Any ideas ?
Hi @David Maurel ,
I recommend you to create migration support issue. You can look into logs, whether there is any detail, which can help identify, what happened. But probably some sort of Atlassian help will be needed.
Hi,
I created a support ticket, but the answer was too long to come. I finally found the problem on my own, it was a problem of insufficient Java JVM memory available. After doubling the xvm memory, the migration went smoothly. Maybe Atlassian support could have found that, but I needed quick response, which didn't happen.
