I don't know what version of Confluence you have, but check out this Atlassian article .  It makes reference to downloading and updating the app: Migration Asst 

If you're still having issues, you could open a ticket with support (support.atlassian.com/contact) and choose Migration Support.

HI @Marcel Wildhaber / AddServices You need to upgrade the Jira Cloud Migration Assistance plugin to the latest version from Manage Apps section.
