Recently we have noticed 4/5 GLIFFY Diagrams have seemingly disappeared from selected pages within a space. There is no trace of the attachments in the "Page Attachments" or in the "Space Trash". All pages were only updated with the Diagram once, so the Page History doesn't show a previous version containing the image. When loading the page where the GLIFFY Diagram should be present is a continuous loading, hopefully attached to the question. When looking into the Chrome Browser Console you can see that it is looking for the relevantly named attachment, but absolutely no trace of how this attachment was removed. I am unable to replicate the issue (Exporting, Removing, Deleting) incase it was potentially a user mistake but there is no trail. Haas anyone had any similar issues with missing GLIFFY Diagrams, or missing attachment?
Hi Steven!
I just checked our open support tickets and I'm not seeing a similar issue. Would you mind emailing these details to support@gliffy.com?
One potential issue I can think of — do you know who the original author of those 4 diagrams is? I wonder if they changed the permissions or, if the diagram was linked from their personal space/another space, perhaps they made a change or moved things in a way that broke the link? Just another potential avenue to check out.
Thanks for your help! Our awesome support folks can help pinpoint this. :)

Afternoon Samie,
I hope you are well,
I have raised a ticket which is currently with Tanika, who advised checking the console, I can't seem to see a ticket reference.
Yeah so the author I know the author, he raised the original query to myself as I administer the site. I don't believe anything has changed, I did see an archived space which was similar and reached out to the author, but was advised that all GLIFFY Diagrams were visible after the Archive had been made, as one Page had been split into a few. But my confusion is to absolute zero trace of anything changing between them being visible and them not.
Thank you for getting back to me.
Cheers
Steven

Thanks for the extra details!
I agree, it's really strange that there's no record of the changes. I'm sorry you're having this issue right now. And sorry I couldn't be of more help!
Tanika is awesome — you're in good hands and I'll let her take it from here.
