Modify release notes template

Hello all!;

I am trying out Confluence with Jira and my end goal is to have something similar to the existing "Dynamic JIRA Report Template."

Basically, how do I get the different headers to appear for Issue Type? I need it to show the JIRA ticket number, and my new custom field "Release Notes Comments." I tried looking through the template itself but I can't seem to figure it out. Any and all help/guideance to the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Alex. Use the Jira macro in Confluence to pull dynamically. You can use the display options at the bottom to display the fields that you need.
