Move Confluence 4.0.5 to Confluence Cloud

Hi! I need to move a Confluence 4.0.5 to the Cloud.

I stumble upon this installation of Confluence after the server was exploited due to the security holes of that version of Confluence.

Suggested to the client to move it off to the cloud. But using a cloned testing server, I can upgrade to 5.10 and then next version up, I get error.

How can I be certain that I do not loose any data? Just want to move everything off to Confluence Cloud.

Submitted a request on Confluence Support via web is hopeless. No reply after almost a week even though the customer is a licensed user of Confluence.

Being new to Atlassian products, just realised that they probably totally ignored my earlier job request since I did not supply them with an SEN. I have resubmitted with SEN this time. Hopefully, I will get quicker response.
