Hi, community!
I have an on-premises Confluence installation (7.19.5).
My team is multinational and distributed across the world. At the moment, all our articles are written in English, but it is not always convenient in certain cases.
My goal is to add a switcher on each article page to provide the ability to switch between English, French, and German and other languages.
And here, I am curious if it is possible to have a language switcher for the articles.
P.S. I found the Lango Translator app, but it is not a switcher like what I was looking for, and it only works for cloud instances.
Hello @Akakiy Zilbirshtein
The Marketplace contains multiple translation solutions that apply to Data Center. Depending on your use case, you could try an automated translator like:
Or manual Translators like:
We develop and maintain Translations for Confluence with the objective of giving users complete control of their content and avoiding privacy concerns like sharing sensitive information with 3rd party translation apps.
On both of these translation apps you can find a manual selector for the language, as well as rules to automatically detect the user's language and adapt the content accordingly (including page titles).
Hope this info is helpful.
