My Excel Jira Cloud Add in is returning a "502 Server Error"

While using the Jira Cloud for Excel (official) Add-in, after writing my query and clicking get data I got the ERROR: 502 SERVER ERROR.

But yesterday I used the Add-in, and it worked fine.

Can you help me solve the issue?

If you asked Jira-related questions not in the Confluence Product forum, it would result in better response.

Check if your request is valid query, also check if the number or results make any difference (100 issues compared to 10k)

You can check if other apps can connect to Jira from Excel, like our Excel 365 Connector for Jira with 2 way communication (get issues in Excel, edit them or create new issues)

502 is a gateway error, so Id get your system administrator / IT support people to have a look at why this is happening.
