My page is not loading in confluence

My page is not loading in confluence even though i have edit permissions . is it due to collaborative editing feature ? if yes , Please guide me to fix this problem

Also, I may suggest bringing this up with the support because they may require logs and since this contains sensitive data which you may want to keep private, they can provide this.

However we would require more information than just the description above.

• What error do you see?
• What did you click?
• Are any errors showing up in your logs?

Hi , 

Error : This page is taking longer time to load . Please contact your confluence administrator

I clicked on edit button

I am not sure on the logs as i m very to new to this

Hi @karim khan

A simple test for your suspicion is to go to {{General Configuration > Collaborative Editing}} page (Administrator level access required).

Check if collaborative editing is showing any error and if yes, then switch this to limited mode. If not then the problem is likely not collaborative editing related.
