Hi comnnity!

I was told:

We haven't seen you use your Confluence product, on site xxxxxx, for a while so we wanted to check in. If you do not start using your product, it will be deactivated on 2025-06-05.

I have opened my session on Confluence and my spaces with all my work are gone!.

How can I get them back? I did not even got to that expiration date...

Thank you all

Hi @Maria Agustina Sanguinetti Flores Welcome to the Community!

Have you checked your trash?

@To expand on the question from @Manoj Gangwar,

  • are you able to connect to your Confluence instance (the Home page opens), but you cannot go to a specific Space?
  • Or are not even able to log on to your Confluence instance?

If you can get to the Home page, select Spaces > View all spaces to locate spaces that may be Archived or Trashed.

Also, I got an email from Atlassian in October that says (in part):

Starting on January 6th, 2025, we will permanently delete spaces that have been in the trash for at least 60 days. We recommend that you go to Confluence administration > Data management > Trashed spaces before January 6th, 2025 to make sure there aren’t any spaces in the trash that you'll need continued access to.

If your spaces may have been in the trash, this could explain why you cannot find them any longer.
