My viewport url is not directing to latest page. It is redirecting to old pages itself. Please help?

I have migrated some pages from old space to new space (A) and hyper linked the latest pages and created pages (notification information) with the old name in the old space (B), for directing users with the old links. But viewport is not redirecting to the latest/designated URL to the new space (A). Instead, it is directing to the pages in the old space (B) itself.

Anyone, help me with the solution.
