MySQL driver prevent confluence data center service to start windows 11

Hi.
I  am trying to installing confluence dc on winows 11 machine.
I download the atlassian-confluence-9.3.1-x64.exe and install it on my mchine
Than i manage to successfully start confluence and created and inserted the trial key.

Than i install MySQL 8.4 server to my windows 11 machine and i created a user and database

i continued with the confluence dc, setup.
at the step for Choosing Data Base i choose MySQL.
It give link to download Database JDBC Drivers.
I click on the link.

At the select operating system i choose platform independent because there is no windows option.
I downloaded and try with:
mysql-connector-j-8.4.0.jar
mysql-connector-j-9.1.0.jar
mysql-connector-j-9.2.0.jar

after downloading the .zip file i extract it and copy mysql-connector-j-8.4.0.jar file to the 

C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Confluence\confluence\WEB-INF\lib   directory

than i stopped the confluence dc service from the shortcut in 

C:\Users\r.yordanov\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Confluence  

than i try to start the confluence from start confluence shortcut but without success.



If i remove mysql-connector-j-8.4.0.jar from C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Confluence\confluence\WEB-INF\lib service is starting and i am seeing the web page again. If i return it back service is not starting and i cannot access the web page.


what i am doing wrong?

When extract file, check for file permisions!
