NOT ABLE TO SEARCH USERS UNDER PEOPLE HEADER TAB

Hi All,

When searching the users on PEOPLE directory tab not able to find the users. Can you please suggest us this is quite urgent.

We have been migrated Confluence from server to Cloud last weekend users faced the finding of users in People tab.

Hi @Roja Gurram 

A quick check is to see if you have the right Global Permissions:

1. Go to Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions
2. Make sure user groups are in the permission "Browse Users and Groups"
3. Similarly, ensure users are in those user groups via Jira Settings > User Management > Groups (and select one to see whose in it).

^ I'd check here first, as this can limit user browsing to some degree :)

Just for your information.This is for Confluence issue not for JIRA.
