Name appearing editing although I am not in that page

My name somehow appears in a Confluence page editing although I am not in that page at all. The user that is trying to save sent me a link to "Close". I clicked "Close" for me to exit the page, but I am reported still in that page. The user could not save the page as we are "collaborating".

I have seen this occur when a user is logged on in a different browser of computer.  Have you accessed the page on a different computer that could possibly be asleep?  Do you happen to have the page open in a different window or browser on the computer you are currently using?

Hi Brandon, appreciate for the hint. That's a possible reason although, all computers I use I shut down to turn them off. However, I will try to turn them back on and sign out and turn it off again to possibly reset it. Thanks again!
