We're trying to automate actions in Confluence as much as we can due to the large number of users. We want something that would pop up when a new user first logs in that would make him/her acknowledge that he/she will carefully control information with permissions that would allow only those authorized to see the information. The bottom line is, we can't be responsible for what they post or how they permission it and they need to know what to do so information is not viewable to unauthorized users. We can't "police" them.
Does anyone know of a Confluence add-on that would allow us to make users acknowledge responsibility and also have a record of their acknowledgements?
I am looking for the same - found this - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/How-to-create-read-requests-and-record-confirmations-in/ba-p/1147555
