Need to design a Confluence page similar to "https://support.atlassian.com"

One of our clients need the UI of Confluence page similar to "https://support.atlassian.com"

It is possible to create similar UI on Confluence cloud? If not, are there any plugins which can help me achieve the same?

Hello Pooja, 

It's actually a Jira Service Desk Portal. You can refer below documentation for configuring the customer portal: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESKCLOUD/Configuring+the+customer+portal

By following the steps in the documentation, you should be able to create a customer portal very similar to the Atlassian Support site. However, the granular modification of the Help Center's appearance is not presently supported on Cloud.

I need to design something similar on the Confluence page.

After clicking on the links, the user will be directed to different pages within confluence.
