Need to set up a Marketing space for cross functional teams

My goal is to set up a calendar so Nelnet and Great Lakes' marketing folks can see what days we have emails planned to be sent out. 

What is the best way to do that in GreatNet Atlassian? I thought of this product because it's been used by both Nelnet and former Great Lakes' staff. Is there another product that would be better for both groups to access? (Another option that came up was GoogleDocs.)

Can you either set up the space or give me permission to set up a Marketing space for team members at Nelnet and former Great Lakes' staff?

I agree with Victor. Getting Team Calendars for Confluence, and embedding that calendar in a Marketing space in your Confluence instance would be the best way to share information across the team! 

You should be able to create a marketing space in your instance, however if not, do you know how your admin is? They have may have restricted space creation to certain people - maybe contact your IT department and see who can give you access to create the marketing space!
