New"Project Task Report" page is pre-populated with existing content.

I am trying to create a new page of type "Project Task Report". It creates a new page that is populated with the contents from another existing Project Task Report page. This seems odd to me....there is no template that we are using to pull the contents into a new page. Cam anyone tell me why this is happening and how to circumvent it?
