Hello!
My organization uses the server version, I just created a group in Jira and added the team members, however it's not showing up on the confluence side. Has anyone seen this issue before?
Thanks,
Laurel
Thanks all, this somehow ended up resolving it self. Not quite sure how.
If you are using Jira as your user directory, check the logs to see if there are any errors. Even if the sync says it was successful, that is not always true, it has happened to me a couple of times that a new user does not show up in Confluence. The easiest way of fixing it is to create a new user directory and disable the old one.

Check your user directories on Confluence:

It's necessary to have at least 1 Jira or Crowd directory.
Cheers!
