No Option to Import Word Document

I want to import Word Document as pages, but it appears that I do not have that option.

I followed - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/import-a-word-document-into-confluence-170493136.html

But when I click the 3 dots, and search for "word" or even "import" no option to do this are available. Please let me know what I can do resolve this - thank you!

If you are on Cloud, then try More actions > Advanced details > Import Word Document
