No Russian letters in PDF

Hello everybody. In the PDF that I make from a document in Cloud Confluence, all Russian letters disappear. I've been observing this bug for many years. Is there any way around it?

I know about  Scroll PDF Exporter for Confluence, but it seems to me wrong to pay money for developer errors.
