No access to create spaces

hi, i want to create new spaces in confluence pilot, but it seems like i do not have the access to create it. kindly advise.

Hi @salwa md saad 

Sounds like your Confluence administrator hasn't granted you the access to do this. 

They need to enable your group to have "Create Space(s)" in the Global Space Permissions 

If you already have this permission, have you followed the guide for creating a Space?
