No changes saved on published page

One of our users edits a page, and when she presses the Publish button, she goes back to viewing the page but no edits are recorded.

• You cannot see her edits on the page history.
• When our administrator logged in as her user, he was not able to replicate the issue.
• Thinking that it maybe dependent on a browser, we tried the same with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, but changing browsers did not help.
• She only experiences this issue on certain pages.
• The pages are not restricted in any way, and she shares the same Permissions as the rest of the group, who do not seem to experience the same problem.

Have you tried in Firefox?

Also clear the cashe of the browser like Chrome and Edge which not allowing you currently and try again .

Hello Shruti, many thanks for your reply. Clearing the cache did the trich in both browsers!.. We had not tried in Firefox, but it seems that is not going to be necessary anymore. Thank you again...
