No edit button on page

A co-worker created a page and gave everyone access to be able to edit. However, the page is inexplicably lacking the pencil/edit icon.  Thoughts?

Hi @joseph.marshall 

One of the common cause for such issues is when the users are not added to the Space Permissions. Users might have been added to the page (via page restrictions), but not on the space ? Can you please confirm if that has been checked already ? Also are you facing this issue on Cloud or Server/DC ?
