No permission to see content from personal space

I cannot access a personal space from a colleague. I am a global admin + have full access in the space settings from the personal space of the colleague.

What am I missing out?

@Tri-Sang Vo I believe a personal space is just that—personal. It's a place where someone can put content they don't want anyone else to see. For you to see the content, the person would need to grant you access to their space.

What error message do you get?

Normally, as an admin, you can recover permissions from space permissions page in Conf admin panel but you indicate that you already have access in space settings.

This might be relevant?

Users are not able to access pages from a space although the permissions are already granted
