No support request form available

Under "Troubleshooting and support tools" tab "get help" it is not possible to send a "request support form" . The tab is empty .. there is no text and also no fields which can be filled in.

It was just a browser issue with internet explorer 11 .. using google chrome or firefox there were no problems

Thank you for confirming that! It should work with IE but depending on your security settings, this could have caused the issue.

Back to your issue, on Confluence 6.7.1, I was able to click Get Help, and there's a button at the bottom that does load for me with the support fields to fill in. You can see the 'Contact Technical Support' button at the bottom:

You can report your first problem to the URL I sent you, and if you're still having trouble with this form, please let me know what version of Confluence you have and show me a screenshot of what you're seeing.
