Not able to see my Confluence account after Log In (Showing white screen)

I just log in with my Confluence account and after that, it is showing a blank white screen to me.

I also tried to change the network connection but with no success. I ping the Atlassian root URL and all packets are lost.

As I understand, the connection to your Confluence site after login is not working. The error being displayed (4398ti) can be caused by several reasons.

The most common one is Browser related. Usually, we recommend starting the troubleshooting process by clearing the browser cache and if that yields no results, try disabling all plugins and addons from your browser.

If your current browser does not even after all that, we can try another one of the supported browsers:

• [Atlassian Cloud] Supported Browsers

Other reasons that may cause this behavior are related to page content and are related to some bugs in Confluence. Here, take a look:

• [Confluence Cloud] When "_" is used as heading, page sometimes fails to load
• [Confluence Cloud] Page containing around 100 JIRA links or more doesn't behave properly
