I just log in with my Confluence account and after that, it is showing a blank white screen to me.
I also tried to change the network connection but with no success. I ping the Atlassian root URL and all packets are lost.

As I understand, the connection to your Confluence site after login is not working. The error being displayed (4398ti) can be caused by several reasons.
The most common one is Browser related. Usually, we recommend starting the troubleshooting process by clearing the browser cache and if that yields no results, try disabling all plugins and addons from your browser.
If your current browser does not even after all that, we can try another one of the supported browsers:
