Not seeing one of our users, Ben Morphett, in timesheet.

One of our users is not showing up in the timesheet.  Not by project or Team.  Can you help?

Hi Bruce,  I'm not familiar with timesheets in Confluence - I'm guessing this is an add-on?  If checking the user's group memberships as Nic has suggested above doesn't resolve your issue, I'd recommend talking to your add-on vendor.   Sorry I can't help more.

Nope, we don't have access to your system, we're end-users like yourself.

Start by checking all his roles and groups, and that he's definitely not been disabled in your list of accounts.
