The collaboration function outlined here is a great function, and it's nice for multiple people to work on a blog post or page before it's published.
What is missing I believe, is the ability for notifications to be sent to collaborators when making comments in the document.
It's an important step for those collaborating to know when someone else has made a comment suggestion /signed off on a particular portion of the document - so to not have notifications sent telling people they have been mentioned in a comment seems like a missed opportunity.
Am I missing something here? I'm open to suggestions on how to manage this that works for others - or can we request this as a feature within Confluence?
@Julie d_Antin _Elements_ Hi, that would work however aren't the old comments still visible to other users once it's opened up for other users to view? We don't want all internal comments visible to the wider audience. What I like about commenting in draft is that when you publish, the old comments don't come along.
