Hi,
We have a Confluence instance that we use as a Knowledge base for our Jira Service Management customers (who are unlicensed authenticated Confluence users).
We would like our clients to receive notifications when certain pages of the knowledge base have been updated.
I know I can't add unlicensed users as watchers, but maybe there is an option using RSS feeds? Any ideas would be most welcome.
Hi @Iana ,
unfortunately Confluence can be opened to allow only customers to see your articles, but this does not come with the ability to watch a page.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Hi @Iana ,
you can try using the following article https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/the-rss-feed-builder-137019.html
I never setup a RSS for Customer so I can't ensure that it works as per your needs.
Fabio
