Due to current regulations, not all seats in the office can be occupied. Nevertheless, the office is to be opened for people who cannot work well from home.
To see if all seats are already occupied, we want to implement a simple booking in Confluence Cloud. My first idea would be a table with the number of seats per day and everyone can register there.
Maybe someone knows a better way?
Hi Marco
I think the simplest way is what you described. Having a page with a table and having the employees entry themselves in the table per date. We do this. :)
If you want a deluxe solution there are apps like ConfiForms in the Marketplace allowing for elaborate forms helping to build a booking tool inside of confluence. Or maybe a calendar solution like Team Calendars or Outlook Calendars might help in this use case as well.
Cheers
Nick
