Office Excel macro not displaying the specified Worksheet Name

In the Office Excel Macro a parameter "Worksheet Name" is available.

The support text says: Name of worksheet to show. If not specified, the first worksheet is shown.

Putting a parameter results in a no show.

Removing the parameter results in showing the last active worksheet after closing the file.

The availability of the parameter leads to user questions.

My question: why is this parameter still available when it has no function?
