Unless you want to write you own scripts to do this via the API, maybe try an app from the marketplace like ScriptRunner for Confluence, Better Content Archiving for Confluence, or Confluence Command Line Interface (CLI).

As @James Dellow mentioned, one of the solutions is Better Content Archiving for Confluence, that you not only can use to delete those pages as a one-time action, but set up a rule to manage your Confluence content smarter with lifecycle rules, avoiding the accumulation of 10000 outdated pages.
