OnDemand download list is empty

Am looking for the most recent OnDemand download version, and the list is currently empty:

I need to get 5.5-OD-24 for a migration. If there are no downloads in the list, does that mean we can go with the publicly released 5.5 version instead if doing a migration from OnDemand to Download this week?
