I read this page https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-force-links-to-open-in-a-new-window-213518072.html
It mentions the option Administration >> Custom HTML
I openend menu General Configuration in Confluence but can't find this option.
Where is this option?
I think this option is not available in Confluence cloud.
Is it possible for Atlassian to configure this on our Cloud instance? I want our users to set up our Confluence site as their internal browser Home Page which includes links both internal and external to other relevant sites but I don't want to migrate them away from this page as their starting point.

William has put this very well: "I don't want to migrate them away from this page as their starting point". I am in the same boat with Draw-io where I have added links to boxes, the links work fine, but there is no possibility that I can see to open them in a new tab or window. Can this be done on Cloud?
The users need to keep the original map open while going off exploring other places.
