Options for multi languages

Hi,

Does Confluence has the option to insert variations of the same article for more than one language?

For example, Zendesk allows to customize more than one language to the same article. See as an example: http://prntscr.com/v1cqvl

If the product is international and has customers in different countries, a knowledge base that offers multi language support is very important.
