PDF cannot be opened

Hello everyone

I can no longer open PDF or other attachments using the Confluence app. It always appears the error "Something went wrong. It must just be a hiccup". Does anyone know the problem?

Hi Patrick, 

A picture is worth a thousands words, why not include one in your question to give us an idea of what you are experiencing or the error you are seeing.

When you say "Confluence App" are you referring to the Mobile app or Confluence Cloud in general? 

Assuming Mobile app in my next set of questions:

1. What OS are you running on your mobile?
2. Have you updated the app to the latest version?
3. What PDF app do you have on your mobile? 
4. Is the PDF app up to date? 
5. If there is an error, what is it? 
6. When last did it work? 
7. What other attachments are you referring to?
