PPT Makro ist not able to convert attachement

Confluence - Preview of PowerPoint file attachment "There was a problem converting this attachment".

We ware able to download the file, but the preview is not available.

We are on Confluence 8.5.9.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Could that solve the problem?
