PTC-Button not working at all and always recieve a warning note saying you dont have the permission

I have noticed that there has been an update from Confluence and now the previous PTC buttons that have been created on our pages are not working at all now.
I have been receiving a warning (as shown in the image below) even though I have the correct permission and access.

Could you please advise how best we can move this issue forward and solve it?

Hello @Cayleigh 

This could be a bug since last change was just a few days ago, nothing reported for now.

Just to double check you checked your permissions on MTR space, if everything checks out you need to contact Atlassian you are pretty limited with options from your side.

Yes, I have it shows that I have full permission to the space as I am the site admin.
