I have a page with content that is only visible to our contributors. Contributors are those who are a part of a group that are not admins but allowed to add and edit content.
The page contains a Confluence calendar, several macros and plain text. It looks like non-contributors are viewing an older version of the page. I have checked page restrictions and if they're using chrome to access confluence. I'm not sure what else to check.
Hi @Joelle Beasley ,
What exactly do you mean when you say "older version" of the page? What's different? Are you using any publishing or versioning apps with Confluence that could affect your page?
Best, Max
You question led me to the answer. The Comala document control wasn't appearing on the page but was displaying an unapproved version of the page to all non-contributors.

Hello @Joelle Beasley
Sounds like this could be due to same-space publishing... although the way you describe it makes we feel something may not be working as you expect. You should be able to switch between draft and published versions.
If you need further help, could you open a ticket with our friendly Customer Success team at https://support.comalatech.com/ with screenshots and the steps you / non-contributors take.
Thanks in advance
James
P.S. (Document links are for Comala Document Management but behaviour is the same in Comala Document Control)
