We have several Pages in Confluence where the Owner has been deleted as he left the company.
Even in the update history there is nobody else listed than this deleted user.
For the future I'd like to perhaps run a job or so to export all page owners. I think the info about the path, page name and Owner would help most. Having such files would allow me to get an idea on which team created the page.
Does anyone have an idea what I could do ?
@Christoph Schaub You may want to refer to this article: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-Cloud-Admins-articles/New-bulk-action-Change-your-page-owners-in-bulk/ba-p/2657959
In addition to using this feature to change page owners, maybe you can get the list to contain the information you are interested in and then export it somehow (copy/paste?).
If you do not need the path within the tree, you can get the list of pages, owners, and last updated date for a Space by selecting All content in the sidebar of the space and selecting the Compact list view. You can copy/paste from here also.
