Page Properties Report is not fetching Review Date & Review Status from other pages

Tried Page Properties macro with Key & Value with Reviewed By, Review Date and Review Status, enabled label and did whatever is suggested in the Knowledge article.

When enabling Page Properties Report macro, it's only fetching Reviewed By column from the various Page Property macro enabled pages.

I need Review Date and Review Status also to be displayed in the Page Properties Report page (Home Page)

Have you added these fields to the table on each page that is in the Page Properties macro?
