Page Properties Report un editable

I have been using the Page Properties Report function without issue until today as the edit button no longer works. When I click on it, the edit window doesn't appear. I have tried multiple browsers, clearing cookies, restarting my laptop, tried loading a new page properties report into a new page and nothing happens. I cannot even change the title of a new report from the default 'title'. If i left click on it it changes the order of the items in the report but nothing else.

Yet another laptop restart seemed to fix the issue. No idea what happened, was struggling for a hour with it.
