Page Tree changes since update

I accepted the latest update when logging on this morning (top ribbon added with Home, Recent, etc. I then went to add a Page Tree to one of my Spaces and it is not displaying the same as a Page Tree I created weeks ago for a different Space. I have checked that both Page Trees are setup identically.

This is a minor issue as it is only graphical, the bullets for each page displayed via the Page Tree look different and the Page listed for each bullet point is not aligned with the bullet, it is below the bullet.
