Page approval macro

Since an update in 2020 the page approval macro only shows 100 entries.
In our situation we need more.
The macro is also showing approved pages.
This results in an overview not going any further than the letter C for non-approved and Approved pages

Hello @B_ Hoekstra , my impression is that the page approval macro is not available for Confluence Cloud (checking on the tags to this question).

I can't find anything. However I did install an update of the macro today, but stille getting the same results.

Is there anyway to get in contact with the person who made this macro?
